About Mechanical and Transport Division
The Mechanical and Transport Division (MTD) is a part of the State Department for Roads in the Ministry of Roads and Transport. The Division operates a Mechanical Transport Fund (MTF) by leasing construction equipment and plant, established after WWII to handle military equipment for civilian use and fund maintenance activities.
